5. Cut two zucchini and 2 fresh tomatoes into very thin slices to form the “pasta” for the lasagna.

6. To assemble the lasagna, start with a layer of zucchini, add tomato sauce, “cheese” sauce, more zucchini, half the pesto, sliced ​​tomatoes, another layer of zucchini, tomato sauce, the rest of the "Pesto sauce", the rest of the "cheese" and finishing with more slices of zucchini. Garnish with basil leaves and tomato sauce and serve.
