This cheesecake is like the cheesecake traditional and traditional, with the difference that it is made of chocolate. Who does not like chocolate? Chocolate gives us energy and makes us feel great!   • 200 gr. chocolate cookies (the one you like the most)
  • 100 gr. butter or soft margarine
  • 150 gr. chocolate fondant
  • 100 ml. cream (or heavy cream)
  • 100 gr. of sugar
  • 300 gr. cheese spread
  • 3 sheets of unflavored gelatin (neutral)

1- First, prepare the base of the cake. The cookies are crushed well.

2- Mix the crushed cookies with the butter or margarine until a paste is obtained.

3- Cover the cake mold with the dough, pressing well to fit the mold. Reserve.

4- Put the chocolate in pieces in a saucepan and melt it in a water bath.

5- Mix the cheese to spread with the sugar.

6- Add the melted chocolate to the cheese mixture.

7- Add the cream or milk cream. Stir.

8- Hydrate the gelatin sheets with a little water and add them to the previous mixture.

9- Dump the final preparation on the base of the cookies.

10- Take the cake to the fridge until the filling is set.

At the time of serving, sprinkle some chocolate mixed with a little cinnamon on top of the cake and decorate it with a sprig of mint. A simple and quick dessert to make. Take advantage!
