In infant nutrition, fish plays a very important role. However, children do not usually like it, so it is best to offer it in an original and fun way, as with this recipe for noodle soup with fish balls.
The flavor of the fish is hidden when mixed with the potato, and its presentation is beautiful and different. In addition, you can take advantage of the remains of hake or any other fish, so it can be a very economical recipe.
- 300 gr. hake (or other fish)
- 2 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1 leek
- 1 green pepper
- 1 l. vegetable or fish broth
- 100 gr. Noodle
- Oil
- Salt
1. Wash and peel the vegetables. Grate the carrot, chop the potato and chop the leek and pepper.
2. In a saucepan, heat water with a little salt, when it starts to boil, add the potatoes and the hake pieces and cook until the potatoes are soft (about 10 minutes).
3. Put a drizzle of oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the vegetables and fry for a few minutes. Add the broth and the noodles and cook all together for about ten minutes.
4. Drain the parasols and hake, shred the fish and mash the potato until it forms a puree. Mix the fish and potatoes well and form balls.
5. Serve the soup with the fish balls while it is hot. Bon Appetite!.
